Important: Customers must be available by phone when the delivery is on the way. If the driver cannot complete the delivery because the customer is unreachable, a second delivery attempt may be charged again.

For alcohol, cannabis, or other age-restricted deliveries, contactless delivery is not permitted. Valid government-issued ID must be shown in person at delivery, and the name on the ID should match the order name.

If your order includes very large quantities, oversized items, or unusually heavy items, please mention that in the notes or contact us first, as different delivery pricing may apply.

Any restaurant / store tip entered above will be added to the business payment and is separate from any driver tip.

I have read and agree to the Driver’G Delivery Terms & Conditions. I understand that if Driver’G Delivery places or pays for an order on my behalf, I am responsible for reimbursing the order total, delivery fee, and any applicable order processing fee.
